The upgraded apartments look nice. The biggest problem is the amount of noise from tenants' dogs. There is so much dog yapping every day. And there's dog feces all over the grass. Don't bother using the grass for anything other than your dog's toilet.

Property manager is unprofessional - she doesn't return phone calls or emails and she closes the office without any notice (which affects deliver of packages or access to them). Maintenance is incredibly unprofessional! He shows up when and if he wants to, he swears and slams doors and speak to tenants however he wants to, and he doesn't care if the problem is not resolved. Lastly, access to the pool and jacuzzi is hit or miss - often we are locked out or one or the other is out of commission.

I really enjoy it here! The staff is friendly. I have lived here for about three years and I have enjoyed every minute of it :-)

Landscape was kept up, handy man nice and office mgr Kim very nice, otherwise you couldn't get a hold of anyone. Pool was not kept clean, always dirty during summer, some of residents scary. Good price for apt

The service at La Serena is very good. The Manger is excellent. When a maintenance problem does occur and the management is notified the item(s) is taken care of quite rapidly. The Complex is neat and clean. The wife and I are on our third year here and hope to be here for many years to come.
