    I have lived here for three years. I was here before the new management took over, and I can vouch for how amazing the difference they have made to this community. Everything feels more interactive, the grounds have been drastically improved, and I haven't slept this well living anywhere else in Arizona. The management team is professional, and they will give you the facts in a courteous manner, with which they are very knowledgeable. Everyone knows that your living experience can depend on the type of neighbors you have, but I have seen many come and go with no trouble. Studio 710 is amazing, and I would highly recommend giving them a try.

    After living here for two-and-a-half years, I honestly have no negativity to spread. The maintenance guys performed their jobs in a timely manner and carried a friendly disposition with them. Whenever family came to visit, it was a pleasant experience not having to deal with limited parking or specifically assigned spots. In the summers, the pool area was nice, and in the winters, the fire pit provided a cozy hangout. The laundry facility was useful and convenient and the small gym served my basic fitness needs.

    It's perfect Super close to lots of cool shops and restaurants. Studio 710 has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at an apartment complex, especially one of this size
