    Horrible Apartment. Drug addicts run around, and the police is always getting called. It's an uncomfortable place to be, especially when your life is put in danger. There was a huge leakage coming from the ceiling and it has taken them almost two weeks to fix the issue. They cut out big pieces out of the ceiling twice within the past couple of weeks. The water coming down from the ceiling has gotten much worse as the water started seeping into the electrical systems of the apartment. Now they want to evict because the apartment manager cannot handle the responsibility of our request for a month free rent, after the heavy leakage from the ceiling caused water to literally rain down into the apartment's kitchen- legitimately putting human lives in danger. An air fryer, and a rice cooker was ruined as well. There is also mold growing in the ceiling. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The apartment manager, Carmen, is also trying to place blame on the tenant for the mess by saying that the reason she wants him evicted is because of noise complaints (highly inaccurate). Instead of addressing the issue and having empathy for the situation, she would rather evict. After the apartment manager visited the apartment, she was RUDE and also had the nerve to try to blame a mess that was scattered outside the apartment on the tenant himself- he did not make this mess of trash. This is quite the case of poor leadership and horrible management skills. Go check out the other reviews and see if you would risk living here while paying $1,400+/month. No deal.

    The worse place I ever lived. Carmen and staff operate solely on intimidation and discrimination. I lived here for almost 2 years, always paid ON TIME, never received any lease violations or neighbor complaints. I mind my business. I made a maintenance request for the first time about a leaking ceiling that produced black mold. it took them 2 months to finally fix the issue. Their communication is extremely poor. They lost the spare key to my unit so they broke into my apartment by climbing through my window and drilling my lock off while I was at work. They then began ignoring my phone calls to the point where I had to have my mother call just to get an answer. After that there was nothing but hostility toward me. Carmen is running this business off her personal emotions/vendettas and does not abide by the signed lease. There was a fire inspection scheduled but a two day notice to enter was not provided. Its within my rights as a tenant to deny access without proper notice. As a response Carmen badgers me at my door to make me allow the vendor in, then sends a false , post dated email as if she sent proper notice. There were many typos and it was obvious she had JUST sent these emails. She finally rescheduled and provided proper notice but my unit was never inspected or were proper sprinklers installed. My unit was the ONLY unit with out a keypad lock and every time I visited the leasing office I was always met with attitude. I literally began to hate coming home. Less than 30 days before the end of my signed lease I was asked verbally if I wanted to resign my lease with a rent increase. I asked for a lease renewal in writing and I was instead provided a notice of non renewal. I responded in writing reminding them of Arizona law supporting tenants and laws against rental/landlord retaliation but was ignored. I decided to just move out and seek litigation after. I moved out on the first and did not receive a final work up within 14 days.

    Honestly, 5 stars is too low for this apartment. One of the best mangers and staff I have ever met + the units are amazing very nice and great values. Since I have moved to my unit Dec 29th, 2021. I prayed and thanked God that he brought me around a super great and very nice people here. Once I have unlocked the door and entered!! I have recognized that they cleaned everything before I moved in. Also Mr. Jose whos the leasing office manager gave me a really nice gift. Once i have moved he always (everyday) come in and make sure Im doing well and happy. I havent had any problems or any issues in this unit NO bugs, NO roaches, NO spiders, NO scorpion. Im living very comfortably here and safe. + everything I need I dont even need to drive my car. So its a perfect location. But if you want me to talk about what this apartments offer!! I would be A LOT to say!!! First you rent include everything! Water, sewer, trash, Internet, just everything. What I really like as well is the Laundromat building. Its located near by any unit you would choose and whats really interesting about it? Is that you dont have to use any coins or anything. Just download the PayRange App. Create your 30s profile, put your cloth in, choose the laundry machine number! Scan it, and youre all set. And it takes maximum 25mins and you can track it through throw the App! + at the top of your washing machine would be your dryer!! Finish washing? Open, lift up your cloth right away to the dryer!!!... Thank you for whoever made all that great amazing building. And whos Im really thankful for is Jose. I love this man. Honestly very lucky to have this man for these units here and im so glad. One of the nicest person you will meet here and very helpful and always ready to help even if hes busy!! Also Pancho, this person is a really hardworking man and he will take care of you very good as well. I cant ask for more. Ill update my experience when my lease end as well.
