Townhomes at Kyrene

Before I begin this review I'd like say that NONE of the "promises" about the unit BEFORE arriving were made by Lauren but she has been aware for almost a week now of all complaints. Moved here from out of state and ALL the things "promised" to us regarding our unit were NOT kept. The entire unit is a total disaster. At LEAST 20 things broken and disgusting! Trash EVERYWHERE in and outside at move in. BEEN A WEEK AND IT'S STILL THERE! Fridge stopped working day after move in and we lost at least $250-$300 in just bought food. Fridge was replaced next day but ALL the other items that were brought to the current managers attention and SHOWN to maintenance STILL have not been fixed or repaired. We have not been contacted in any way about this HORRIBLE move in experience. We were promised a unit we DID NOT GET. ENTIRE place REEKS of a dead animal or dead something! Cabinets, drawers and floors all disgusting and smell horrible! Carpet is stained and disgustingly dirty. The ENTIRE front door frame is rotted and falling apart! *HELLO SPIDERS AND SCORPIONS in my house!!!!!* No water coming out of bathroom sinks! No screen doors! Broken blinds all over the floor AT MOVE IN. Doors stick and won't open or close. Toilet paper holders broken. Closet doors broken. LIST IS TOO LONG! Cannot reach the office or get ANYTHING fixed. Spoke to Lauren ONCE and only thing done was a fridge replacement then we were apparently forgotten. Do yourself a favor and don't get sucked in by lies and promises that NEVER happen! Don't judge this place based on its semi nice exterior! Save yourself the hassle and rent a house FOR LESS! I will continue to keep posting comments on EVERY SINGLE platform that this place is available on in hopes to help others not get suckered the way we did. Arizona law states that what we are living in here is considered UNLIVEABLE CONDITIONS! LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN! IF by chance ALL of our issues are addressed and fixed asap I will CONSIDER taking this down.
