To many add on expenses, sewer, and the sur charge to be billed for water, sewer, and trash. wanted us to pa Read Morey renters insurance payable to them only.

I have had several issues with getting mail, our covered parking got crashed into by another car and it was no Read Moret repaired for over a year. Our utility check was consistently wrong and then after 3 months of under-paying by $10 we were told that we were being charged a $95 late gee for each month's short $10. In addition, the water heater at my apartment was missing a hose and ended up flooding my apartment after 2 months. I have not been thrilled with our experience.
