Been here for 4months. Dog poop evrrywhere. I love all dogs but its Pit Bull Heaven. Pits everywhere. I also have been yelled at on the phone for asking a few question when I moved in. I moved in to be around grass. My grass area hasnt been watered in months and wont fix the sprinkler system so I guess they want to save money. I moved here because of the grass. I came into the office to ask a quick question and was treated with huffs and puffs and a quick brush off. This place could be great but they dont like treating people with kindness they shouldnt be leasing agents. Ive been leasing agent and never would have treated people the way they have here.

This place is a mess. Dog feces everywhere. Irresponsible pet owners with vicious dogs and management that could care less. Don't do it!

No way would I renew my lease for the 3rd year. This place needs to be condemned not just a cupboard paint job and a little bit of granite. It needs serious update. Go somewhere and pay maybe a little more but worth it. 9 weeks and finally can get out of here

It's not worth it to rent this overpriced place with old apliances and lazy maintenance stuff. The charge for a covered parking where everywhere else is free for 1 car; they try to ne nice untill you sighn the agreement. They entered my appartment withought permission. For a bedroom appartment they overcharge for water( the meters does not work). You can get a netter place for less. The pool is dirty with no clorine.
