    The apartments are small and are over priced but overall haven't had many problems

    The staff is amazing. The grounds are beautiful. I feel very safe here.

    Paper thin walls and the management has no security on site to enforce their quiet hours rule. They expect you to to report it to the local authorities. The cops treat noise complaints like they are a waste of their time unless you want to press charges officially. Facilities are nice though.
