management was stealing tenant's rent and keeping it and charging 2-3 times the deposit and keeping that to support fentanyl habbit! place is run down some units are burned or whole support pillars are crumbled to pieces and caution tape around them like a crime scene rent should be half of what it is at most dnt move into this dump unless u want to sell crack and blend in and willing to pay way extra for that convenience

The worst apartment I have ever lived in in my life, Long story short roaches, bedbugs, thieves, drug dealing, maintenance fixes nothing, it looks nothing like the pictures, the pools are filthy, the office is open whenever they feel like it, women in the office are rude, for what I was paying this place should have been immaculate. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Do not move here. The constant transients I could get past but when living there we got bed bugs. I do not and will never recommend this apartment complex. You get what you pay for.

The company that owns the apartment complex is deeply in debt, and has been nickel and diming the residents as a result. They had tried to force me to pay utilities despite it being stipulated in the lease that utilities were included. They have also fined children for chalk drawings on the sidewalk claiming that it is graffiti. Half of the machines in the laundry room do not work, and no one bothers to even mark the non-functioning one. I hve had outdoor furniture and laundry stolen. Every encounter I have had with the staff was incredibly rude. Some would make rude remarks about me in spanish(I am white, but took two semesters of spanish in high school).
