I'd say that overall Zona Rio is a great apartment complex. It's quite and safe and not much goes on. The management is friendly and polite and the maintence team is awesome. My only concern would be maybe if they had more events. But other than that it's a great place to live. Highly Recommend it.

Mainly personal opinion, although my viewmight be somewhat idealistic in terms of the scale. Predominately in regards of the scale/range, excellent sides more towards perfect, and poor siding closer to rancid & unlivable. Hence why i chose good out of factors from amenities, price, staff, etc. Ultimately a good 8-9/10. All in all, Zona Rio is a really nice place, especially given the ideal location, price, and friendly staff.
