Love the location! The staff have been great to work with and the grounds are kept well maintained. The on-site social events and coffee shops are a massive plus!

Unfortunately some of the Tenants here have no common courtesy and management isnt doing much about it. To explain, people dont cleanup after their dogs, people leave stacks of trash in the hallways on days the valet doesnt come, our upstairs neighbor loves to stomp excessively after 10 PM on occasion waking us up at 2 in the morning. The internet here is barely functional and the worst internet Ive experienced. Good luck trying to do anything other than stream in SD with a choppy experience. Overall its disappointing. This apartment has so much potential but these things are keeping it from being a higher rating.

The web sites say one price but you call and its another. I had originally sent an email and I did not get a response. So, I called during business hours and nothing. I sent another email and no response, then I called again and finally got a response, which didnt answer my question. Why make people go thru the hassle and they havent even moved in ! Imagine once youre living there and need some assistance forget that.
