Overall, I had a good experience at the Reserve, but felt I would be able to pay less for an apartment of comparable quality, which I am. While nice, paying $820 per month on a 570-square foot apartment is a little much even factoring in the fantastic pool and gym. You get the feeling you are paying for the great landscaping. Maintenance staff was great. Office staff was overall friendly and generally helpful, but repeatedly failed to resolve an issue with consistently loud, obnoxious neighbors.

A few times it took apartment management staff several weeks, if not a month to take care of an easy problem that I asked them to do for me.
