We were impressed with how clean and nice all the grounds looked. The manager was super friendly ,She went over everything and explained all the new things coming like the exercise room. It was nice to hear the area was patrolled in the evenings. We talked to two current residents and they told us that the new owners had done a great job on all the improvements and it was a much safer place to live than before. One resident said the new renovated Apts were very nice and she really liked living there so far. That was very comforting to hear. We toured a 3 bedroom unrenovated apt . Really liked the space and layout. Over all we had a really good experience touring the property and talking with the office manager. Thank you for taking the time to let us look around. New job starts Nov 4th. So hopefully something will be available at the time.

Overall upkeep of the complex is very good, office staff friendly and helpful, very personable. Good value for the price.

I would have preferred a parking place assigned to my appartment. Most of the time I had to walk 1 apartment building away sometimes with groceries and in the rain which I felt like an inconvenience. Recreation areas were great except a basketball court would be nice.

Pool hours 9-5pm Tuesday through Sunday. These new hours do not allow time to go to the pool when you do not get off of work until 5 pm.
