      Pitty it wouldnt let me leave a 0 star review. Im a present resident, moved in on March 9th 2019. The previous tenant was a pet owner. The Management failed to sanitize the apparent prior to my wife and I moving in. Discovered the place was infested with flees. All of our clothes, possessions and even vehicles are now infested. The Management came back and treated with a spray but that has not been adequate. They offerd a relocation to an adjacent vacant appartment. I borrowed the key and left one of those sticky insect traps on the carpet overnight. It had fleas on it as well the next morning. This place has problems. One appartment contaminated is an infestation, two I would define as a plague. The real imorral part is that even though I showed Management the results of the test and refused their offer to relocate, they still let that appartment to an unsuspecting tenant about four days later who had a dog knowing it was infested with flees. The Management is showing all care but absolutely no responsibility for our situation. Im now stranded because if I move out Ill only be transporting the flee issue with me. DO NOT MOVE HERE...!!! Stay away from any properties owned or operated by Lindsey Management.

      Hi! I have been living at the Greens for 5 yrs. (2 different bldgs) let me add that I moved away for 4 months during this time. When I moved into the complex the 2nd time, my $680/mo apt. had a fruit fly infestation [no. 1] . I tried all kinds of homemade/store bought traps, kept doors closed, sink stoppers closed, & cleaned the garbage disposal to later discover that the previous tenants had allow the FF to breed in the toilet. I tackled it with insecticide. [Infestation no. 2] for some reason the property staff allowed mulch to sit on the grounds for months and roaches started breeding before they did the ground work. Resulted in 1st floor apts being flooded with critters per Ann "those kind don't carry bacteria...we put poison down and it should be clear soon". she gave me sticky trap boards. no one wants to see a collection of dead bugs on a trap. They went away but still. [Infestation no. 3] black small roaches in my LR & kitchen. I leave my backpack & purse on my couch. One day I had roaches riding in the car with me. How embarrassing would it had been had pest crawled out of my belongings during business meetings? I had above avg. spider issues in the 1st bldg. I was the 1st tenant in the apt. no major pest issues like my current bldg. If you move here don't pick a 1st floor apt $585/mo. keep bug/insect killer on deck at all times. dont sleep on the floor. sidenote: There's a spider & small brown roach issue inside year round.
