      Great place to live!! Donna and staff is super Amazing! Only thing, Just keep your doors locked at all times. Even if its to unload groceries up the stairs and back! A few things stolen but we are in NLR right?! so there ya go!

      I moved in this summer and have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is very welcoming and super attentive! The people who work in the front office Donna and Melanie are always available if I need them. At my previous apartment there were so many issues finding a parking spot. I have had none here! The covered parking is super convenient.

      I lived at White Oak Apartments for a few years and while the apartments themselves were pretty nice, I did have some issues. Apartments The 3 bedroom apartments were built to be directly above the 2 bedrooms, which to me seems to be a constructional design flaw. Also, while the apartments were decent in size, they dont provide much closet space and the master bathroom is not located in the master bedroom. In the 2 bedroom apartment I rented, the gap between the floor and door was noticeable; the sealing wasnt adequate to keep bugs out. I had problems over and over again with bugs entering my apartment. Whenever it rained, mold would get on my balcony doors and ceiling area over my balcony. Also, because there isnt seemingly adequate outdoor pest control, my balcony seemed to be a breeding ground for spiders. Grounds While the grounds were kept clean overall, I did have issues with people smoking and throwing their cigarette butts everywhere including the breezeways (at first, management accused me a non-smoker of throwing cigarette butts everywhere!); a soiled baby diaper and bag of trash laid in a parking spot for close to two weeks (around August 2017); during the summer months, I noticed medicinal/birth control patches being left on the concrete area near the pool and also noticed clumps of hair weave being left in the pool (that I had to fetch out more than once). Maintenance While overall, maintenance was quick to respond to requests, they were not consistent about leaving notices to let you know that they had entered your apartment. Also, on more than one occasion, the manager entered my apartment without knocking while I was dressed in only a towel, which was very awkward. Parking/Towing While 1 covered parking spot is given to residents, if you were to park in another numbered parking spot, you would be towed. Residents and guests are only supposed to park in parking spots, but they would be parked in front of the dumpsters and on the curbs f

      I've lived at several apartment complexes in the past. White Oak is the best! From the minute I walked in to put in my application I was treated as if 8 belonged there and was already a part of the White Oak family =) Management is friendly, considerate and thorough. The grounds are clean and facilities/amenities are awesome!

      My apartment is spacious and the property is generally well-maintained. I did report that there are a couple small holes in my bathtub when I moved in, but nothing was done about it. There is a fitness trainer that comes each week, which has been the greatest thing for me and I've never seen at another apartment complex. The staff are friendly and casual, just what I like. I haven't really had any bug problems and my dog loves the dog park.
