Accessible to highways, shopping, medical facilities etc. There are many opportunitiesfor employmentand entertainment.

I like that the neighborhood is close to downtown and close to some stores which makes it convenient. I also like that it's in an affordable in the area

We are very close to stores and the highway and toll road. We are close to Orlando and Daytona if we want to go for a day or weekend

I like the location and that it's within walking distance from a park. It's also close to downtown where there's a lot to do.
