      positive: The office staff is professional, the maintenance staff is attentive to problems, and the grounds crew work very hard to maintain the grounds. The units allow Direct TV dish units as long as they are maintained on the patio area. This is an important issue, as I enjoy sports and other shows not provided by the cable company for the area.

      The management is polite, responsive and helpful. Some of the neighbors are less than desirable; but this can happen anywhere. The train tracks aren't exactly conducive to full nights of sleep, but are on the other side of the complex from my apartment personally.

      Too many changes in the office. Personnel was coming and going. Also the walls are paper thin, the floor was always hot in the kitchen as if we were above a boiler room. Oh and even though it is a gated community we had the pleasure of waking up to trash diggers at 5a.m. The train was a joy...sounded as if it would come through the wall.
