          This is the worst apartment I've lived at. I've rented at 5 different complexes over the last 7 years and this place is the worst. Dead bodies, gun shots, illegal fireworks, drugs, and the loudest cars are all things that I've seen while living here. Luckily they've put in camera systems but that just shows photos of people who have done things, there's no way of identifying them to stop the problems. You get told you'll have two parking spaces but you only get 1 guaranteed and reserved for you in the tightest space imaginable. The other space is just permission to try to fight for one of the few spots in the little loop out front (about 30 spaces total and 260 units). Everyone parks in the red areas on the streets, there are 5 apartment complexes trying to find parking on two and a half streets. People double park everywhere at night so it's incredibly hard to drive around. They've raised rent here more than anywhere I've ever lived and it's not worth it, sometimes illegally.

          I lived where for almost 3 years and I will recommend this Place I had a amazing experience with everyone in special the ladies in the office they always kind and helpful, thank you Silvina, Solange and Gilda for all you help.

          I do not recommend. You get one parking space & its very tight. Guest parking is almost impossible unless theyre willing to drive around for 10 min to find one. On day one of move in we had to call about a bug issue and they said they couldnt do anything about it... last two months, we called regarding more bugs and again said they couldnt do anything about it. Gross. Never again! Only positive is that the actual apartment (inside only) is nice looking and spacious.
