This place is awful. Management and owners are a nightmare , they dont want anyone outside their apartment , no noise whatsoever louder than whispering , and its ran like a senior citizen home. Do not move on here if you have a family . Maybe if you are single and only go to work all day long and use this place to sleep. Rude front office and buildings are old and smell bad . Go elsewhere

They emailed me back right away and I was able to schedule a tour the next day. Its a beautiful area and has a lot of amenities such as AC, a dishwasher, W/D hookups, a salt water pool thats heated and much much more, I cant wait to move in!

We’ve lived at The Gallery for over 15 yrs. 3 different units as needs changed. Solange has really turned the atmosphere of this complex to a positive family experience. She is making changes that are long overdue. The maintenance team has 1000%been changed and improved and problems repaired correctly. Of course, in apts there are going to be building problems, and yes there can be noise, kids, music issues, that’s not a management problem it’s the people. Have a problem, call and it is resolved. Outside property has been illuminated and security cams installed, which does help in preventing petty and criminal element that seems to be on the rise all over SoCal. Location is great and convenient.

I've lived at The Galery for 4 years! I really like living here! And now with the new management it's even better! Solange made many improvements, especially in terms of security! Cameras and lighting in the building at night! And the apartments are wonderful, with space and great care!

For the years I have lived at the gallery, I have endured an erosion of roaches. I have been asked too many times to remove my dishes, pots and pans, and groceries alike from the cabinet in order to comply with the spraying of the apartment to get rid of the roaches. my efforts to comply with removing the items from the cabinet has caused items to be damaged, broken, backache, dizziness and other ailments. I have done my best to comply. While all this moving of dishes, pots and pan, praying did nothing to the roaches. They literally wait outside the door for me to open the door and let them in. As if to say good morning! The only thing that happened, is that, I ended up sick with dizziness from go up and down to remove dishes. something else need to happen to get rid of the roaches. I'm concerned that the company has changed the tenency from monthly to to 6- month lease. I have requested to be on month to month I don't know if it has happened. and I have also seen a slight increase in my rent and I do not know if there has been a rent increase I was a month to month tenant when I entered this apartment and being denied month to month has caused difficulty with trying to purchase a property, because the 6 months would not have been fulfilled. In addition, a requirement to pay 2 months rent would be imposed for breaking the lease. Management should take into consideration that not everyone wants to be a renter the rest of their life, and implement policies that does not become burdensome to good tenants who are trying to live their dreams. instead of punishing them. I have been a very good tenant and I only call the office when needed. My needs have been met, although not always in a timely manner. However, I am not complaining about that issue. I would like for you to make sure that the floor is always clean with the clean map and whatever the liquid solution is.. The hallway is enclosed and when the map is dirty you can smell it as, you walk through the hallway. I am unable to enjoy the apartment during the summer evening due to the heat of the sun that shines through the living room and the bedroom. I want to know if an arning can be attached to the balcony to prevent the sun from shining straight through the entire apartment. I must close all the blinds making the house dark in the evening I cannot enjoy the balcony. Thank you for listening!

I lived in this condominium, the experience was terrible, the management was terrible and the neighbors were noisy, unorganized, and besides, when I left, a deposit of 1$ was returned to me, an absurdity, because I paid a deposit of 1500$ ! I left the apartment clean and nothing broken!i dont recommend!

The maintenance is super unprofessional and have no emotional regulation. Larry spit while yelling at my dad. Also they left mud from their boots when they came into fix a work order and just stated that there was nothing wrong. Coming from Hawaii to here is a shock to say the least. When we went to Angela for assistance she just continued to repeat herself and had no solution to offer. As beautiful as the apartments are they need better representation in the main office. If not for Sylvia we would be gone already. My family has decided to complete this lease and evacuate as quickly as possible. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
