I rated the Wateridge apartments a "fair" because of the following issues below.
1.)Parking- each apartment Read More has two slots however by 6pm there is no parking available for the second vehicle.
2.)Laundry Facility- There's 10 dryers and only 2 of them work correctly they don't maintain cleaning the filters.
3.)Toilet's-Low pressure takes twice to flush
4.)Thin walls- you can hear your neighbors TV or hear the toilet flush from the next apartment.
5.)Fire station next door to apartments!

Everything was nice at Wateridge, except for the shortage of parking and the refund of my deposit. We cleaned Read Morethoroughly and even plastered the nail holes and were still billed for a long list of "repairs" that they had to do.

Coming from someone who's been renting for the past 7 years, I'd give this apartment community an average rati Read Moreng. The grounds here are pretty nice and well-kept, the unit itself is above average compared with other similar communities in SoCal, and not only is the office open 7 days a week, its staff is very friendly and inviting in my opinion. The parking situation at this community is a serious problem. Quite often, there are no open spaces available when coming home at night.
