    My experience here at Twin Creeks was very stressful. The management sucks because they aren't very professional, and the maintenance is terrible because they took months to come and repair things in my unit. They also dont inform their tenents of some important things that we should be aware of. And for the price you pay rent there, the units have cheap blinds and other utensils. They never fixed up my unit before moving in, and there is a crack in the wall that they should have fixed. Therefore, that is on them. I am leaving this place next month and can't wait to get the heck out of dodge!

    Please heed my warning and do NOT rent here. If I could rate twin creeks with a negative 5-star rating I would. I have a 13 mo lease, which ends on 8/31/18. I am literally counting the days until Im out. I have to say that the first 7 months were fine. The usual leaky faucet and toilet...fairly common issues, which were addressed by the previous management in a timely manner. However, management has turned over twice since then and the entire complex has suffered. The ponds are swamps (standing water and teeming with mosquitos), ponds are often drained onto paths and sidewalks; making it virtually impossible and dangerous to navigate due to the filth and slimy water, mandatory trash valet, which residents pay for is not picked up, there is trash everywhere for weeks on end, the pool was closed during the hottest week this summer due to neglect. The final straw was when my auto payment was not drawn by management this month. I contacted the office who said that they could not determine why my recurring payment, which I might add, I set up the first month of my lease, was not completed. This was over the weekend and I could not get the funds as the banks were closed. I do not have personal checks...WHICH IS THE REASON I SET UP AUTO RECURRING PAYMENTS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! I assured the office that I would bring a cashiers check today by 5. I was at the office at 4:45 and they were already gone for the day. Add insult to injury, there was a 3-day notice to pay or quit on my apt door when I arrived home. I have excellent rental payment history and have taken great pains to rebuild my credit. Im so upset that this could potentially cause a problem with any future rental application and/or my credit. I hope that anyone considering renting at twin creeks hears the angst and frustration in my words. I very rarely write reviews but felt absolutely compelled to get the message out there. If nothing else, I feel a little better having said my piece.

    Rent is to expensive for the area. Especially because James Donlon is a very busy street, similar to living next to a freeway. Rent amount should accomodate being on the very nosey road.
