The Management in Sherwood are very very rude, and I am not the only resident that thinks so, especially the m Read Moreain lady in charge. She has no etiquette how to approach tenants. Very unsatisfied with the treatment given by her and the guy there. No professional qualities whatsoever, and very unfriendly, we never had the problem with the management before the change over. MaINtenance guy is very lazy, never answers his phone after hours and does not want to help with any emergencies after hours.

It's a nice place to live, clean secure most of the time. What i don't like is the fact we as residents have onl Read Morey one choice of T.V. service.I live on the second floor, and only get TimeWarner. That sounds like a Monopoly.

I feel that parking could be better for tenants renting 3 bedroom apartments. Everyone can't afford $80 extra Read More for the lifts. Now, the city doesn't allow street parking unless you have a permit, within two blocks into the neighborhood. I don't understand why Sherwoid can't cobtract with KMart to use a portion of their lot. Also, the grounds are inundated with large water bugs/ranches. I'm constantly spraying the exterior of my apt to try & keep them out, it doesn't always work.
