Good sized apartment with two parking spaces are both pluses. The building itself could use a few upgrades as well as inside the apartment but overall the staff is great and the location is great and the apartment is very homey.

Maintenance of some items in the apartment are not performed. Carpet on hallways almost always dirty. Gym equipment old, screws loose, not working properly sometimes, rusty weights and metal parts, etc. Condo party room really needs to be reorganized, is dirty and looks like as a deposit, door doesn't open/close well.
