It gets really hot in the bedroom during summer. The ac is super cold but won't reach outside the living room. The trees are messy and dirty your car in summer. Really quiet community. Not many bugs other than spiders in the summer (maybe one a weeweweek).

Birchwood has great amenities, from tennis courts to fitness centers. I love how many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The first 4 months were difficult with tenant problems ie noise parties conflict which were ultimately settled by either the management or the police. Thereafter it was and has remained calm.

I said it was good, because when I was a resident I never had any problems. Not excellent, because the AC units were not big enough to keep the apt cool.
