    Beware of Referral Scammers Priyanka and Praneeth (Apt 4104) when you move in. We had never knew them until we moved in on 11/23/2018. We were doing our paper work on the day we moved in and these people waited for the right opportunity when the rep Ana was printing the papers, they came to us and told- "Do you know Referral works here, right?". I asked what, they said we can share the referral what they get. She shared her contact number and after a month when she received the check, straightly says "We can't share the money as we did not agree, We too faced same issue, we were also referred by some other people and they too did not share". This is a Referral scam going on by these people, Beware and if they approach you straightway say "No", or they can betray you. BTW, Other neighbors and people at leasing office are good and very helpful, and it is a very nice neighborhood.

    Management is not helpful in the least bit. Cheap fixtures used throughout, causing leaks and poor performance. They are constantly doing work to the exteriors and leasing office, which looks great. It would be nice if they would actually put that money into the interior of the units for once. It looks like every cabinet has been painted over a hundred times without stripping off the old paint, and they use the cheapest carpet possible. The bathrooms mold up despite using the fan.

    Office and maintenance staff are always prompt and nice, grounds are well maintained, guest parking is pretty good for a complex of this size

    service staff seemed inept, never did fix my heater in the ceiling after 3- attempts finally asked them to remove it because it kept leaking and made the rug in the hallway wet...seemed like they didnt know what they were doing...

    The staff in the front office do not call you back. And don't seem to care to fix a problem when reported.

    The staff was very very friendly and approachable.. it was difficult to have family members over with neighbors hyper sensitive to noise..
