Rocky showed us the property in it's entirety. We could get an exact feel of everything it had to offer. He was precise, to the point, extremely polite and this all seemed effortless. Best tour I can remember in the past 10 years.

The photos in the advertisement were not in sync with what I actually saw when I went for my personal tour, however it's a nice building, and the clincher is the heated pools.

When we made requests for fixes to the apartment, they took a long time to occur or never happened. The problems we had did not make it impossible to live.

1. Service is poor. 2. Cost is high compared to returns. 3. High charges during return of the apartment.

Nice pool. The doors & windows in unit were very poor. You can hear every spoken word in the courtyard from inside your apartment. Had a VERY difficult experience when leaving. My father became ill, & I had JUST signed on for another 12 months. I had to move out of state to be with family. We begged them to allow me to leave the lease, but they made me pay 5 or 6 thousand dollars which I didn't have. I've known people in similar situations elsewhere, & management was understanding. Unfortunate.
