This place is so well managed that I don't want to move out. I lived here twice first time about 5 years and lately over a year. Jennifer is the best manager I have ever had she is fair and patient and loves her job. This building is quiet, clean, safe and organized. The apartments are older but renovated with love and top of the line carpet, kitchen and appliances. The laundry room is very clean and always serviced. Only thing I would improve on are inside doors frames and windows. Some apartment ceilings might be thin however residents are very respectful and quiet and we have very enforced respectful times that are enforced. The maintenance team is on site and very quick to fix things and I can only recommend this building if you are looking for a great place by the studios. They follow closely laws and respect them and your privacy is important to them. However if you like to party and have loud music or are the loud type this is not a building for you.

The location is the best part about living here. The water is shut off way more often than seems reasonable. And the noise from the pool pump next door makes it unbearable to open our windows between 8:30am and 8:30pm.

This place was great until the previous manager left. She worked very hard to make the complex a great community and really took feedback to heart. Without her, the complex seems more like a money-machine for the management. I've noticed more and more older folks moving out because of raised prices (even when they've lived here for 20 years) and younger, rowdier people moving in. I understand that businesses must earn money, but I miss when everyone seemed respectful of others here.

Thank you so much for your feed back. The current manager has been with this company for more than 14 years and bring a great deal of experience to The Woods. The Woods still enjoys a variety of customers from all walks of life and that is what that makes our community vibrant and unique. The prices are very compatible with what the neighboring properties are at and are set very carefully.

I don't like that maintenance staff isn't around more often. Also a washer and dryer in unit would be nice.

Thank you so very much for your feedback. The Woods has on site maintenance at all times. We also have after hour emergency maintenance response team who attend to any after hours emergency requests. Washer and Dryers for sure are on our wish list as well, however, last we looked into the possibilities, it could not be supported by the current water pipe system and lack of location for installation in the units.

Clean, attractive, well maintained grounds. Very friendly maintenance staff. Quiet environment, nice neighbors. I like the recent upgrades to unit. Always easy to park.
