We moved to UGlen (now Mission Hills) in 2006 and it was awesome (aside from parking). In 2016 CSUCI sold the apartments, with that came new managment. They are the least professional, ethical or helpful people I've ever dealt with. With the insane rent increases each year and the dishonest staff do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere

In some areas, University Glen is better than excellent, exceeding all expectations. They respond to most service requests very quickly. They keep the common areas spotless. Neighbors are mostly friendly. The landscaping is gorgeous. It's quiet. The area feels quite secure. The police respond quickly when needed. But there are a few things that keep it from being "excellent" in every way. Pest control is a problem. There's high turnover in office staff. Not enough amenities nearby.

I Moved Myself And My Daughter Here So She Could Be Close To School And Live In A Safer Neighborhood. The Buildings And Grounds Are Always Kept In Wonderful Condition.

Other than the price hikes that happen every year, all in all it's been a good experience. The neighbors were a problem but you guys handled it very well and now that we have new neighbors, all is well. The location and price is just not nice anymore =)
