Great location, nice pool, BBQ grill is cool, regular rental increases not so cool. Went from 3250 to 3850 in 2 years... Too much too fast. Noticed my unit now listed much cheaper. Not very decent way to treat a resident who always pays on time. Leaving soon

Avalon came right away to fix any issues, even changed a light bulb. Love the surroundings, tall trees, beautiful pool, friendly people, ability to get downtown to great restaurants and shops, medical care close, trail.
