At first it was a nice setup because we got a deal on rent. But after months of roaches infesting our kitchen area, constant cleaning, hidden fees, and eventually bedbugs that they wouldn't admit were a problem, it was time to leave. Seriously, they tried to blame the bed bugs on me even though my roommate encountered them THREE times in the complex beforehand. I do not recommend.

Property is nice , but there are some issues. Parking is always hectic, someone is always in my parking spot, there seems to be favoritism with the Manager with parking. cockroaches infested my apartment so badly, the apartments poorly managed and not professional--the Manager never gets back in contact with you.

The first couple of months my partner and i moved in these apartment that were amazing, it was a good studio apartment for it being our first place living together. Then the bad things started happening. Roaches. We kept seeing roaches within every other area of the apartment. They surprise you with these random charges they dont mention at the time of signing the leasing papers. Neighbors are rude. You literally have to harass management to get stuff done. They need to improve on their management staff and the cleanliness of the entire apartment complexes.
