I was a tenant here for a year, couldn't wait to get out once the lease was up, Becky from the office is ice cold indifferent as to the complaints about cannabis smoking and excessive noise from neighbors above me, and all in violation of their own stated policy! Dogs run around unrestrained on the grounds, lunging and barking at people, again in violation of stated policy. Don't bother complaining, the management couldn't care less. Hobos invade the property at night, disturb tenants at 3 in the morning, collecting cans from trash cans. Don't bother complaining, the management couldn't care less. The ultimate answer you will hear from Becky is to MOVE OUT.

Every single time I've called there they made me feel really good and comfortable about the process tho I'm yet to meet these people. I've had a friend lives there and it's just a pleasant place. This is my # 1 place to live. So just pray for me

The complex was very quiet and maintenance issues were handled quickly. Manager and maintenance worker lived onsite which was also nice
