we lived there for about 3years. My car got scratched by our slum tenants. when they moved out they left a MESS!!!!! THE office didn't do anything about the neighbors scratching my car. I would rather be on the streets that go back to Autumn Ridge Apts.

This apartment is good only for 1 year , staffs are good they are on time in maintenance but their will be issue whenever you need to renew your lease no matter what type of renter you are (excellent) or common they will increase your amount stating that they are cheapest apartment its ok to increase the amount but in this pandemic ? Its been three years for me I never had complained anything but there might be lot of people who hardly can afford increase amount you guys need to be little down this time in common circumstances there will be not big deal but this is hard time for every individual! No complaints for the working staffs here they are always helpful but management need to rethink about their decision some of renter are really good and word of mouth matters !

Worst living experience I have had.My apartment was sprayed 3 times for coachroackes is less than a year. They just spray again and move someone else in without telling them. The whole office staff is new once a month. They might as well not have a gate since its either broken in the middle of the night or anyone can get in anyways. Homeless people go through the dumpsters every night. At the end of your lease, rent is raised to higher than what new tennants are being charged. Lastly, out of 3 hot tubes, the jets haven't worked on any in over a year.
