1333 Canyon Apartment Homes Resident
We had a nice remodeled unit, handy man came in a timely manner. Office was poorly staffed and often not prese Read Morent during posted hours. Fitness center was only available during staffed office hours, and they kicked you out when they left to do tours, it was very inconvenient. The facility itself was nice and the units are spacious, parking was easy, price was fair.

I had an upstairs apartment, the roof would leak EVERY time it rain and the rain started just 2 weeks after I Read Morehad moved in. My A/C went out during the extreme summer heat and didn't get repaired for 2 months. Manger turn over is great. I requested wobbly stairs to be fixed before I had moved in, manager said no problem, but they weren't fixed. Months later a crew was fixing all the stairs in the complex and they simply forgot to fix mine. There is a lot of noise at all hours day and night.

I had a decent stay as a resident of Tuscan Village at Reche Canyon, but once Management was changed...everyth Read Moreing went downhill. They were horrible when it came to customer service. The only reason I left was because of the way they treated their tenants. The managment there never handled issues, so I tried to get in touch with their bosses, but was givin the run around. None of the websites, e-mail addresses or phone numbers they give out in case there are problems with them work.
