Trails at Grand Terrace

I recently visited my cousin who lives at here, and I was incredibly impressed with everything about this place! The property is immaculate, everyrhing seems to be well maintained and looks stunning! The staff is exceptional—Madison and Johnny, in particular, were so welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer any questions. The amenities are top-notch, and the apartment itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. I can see why my cousin chose to live here!

May I say I absolutely fell in love with these apartments and their staff. I have always been meaning to take a tour here and now that I finally did I was not disappointed. The staff is amazing with customer service, the maintenance guy was hilarious to chat with, and the property was fantastic!! The prices are what you would expect for any type of living but this is definitely a place to live at. I will definitely be calling this place home soon!

Disgusting apartments. If you move here expect pest and management is horrible doesn’t fix anything until you have to get upset with them. Dog poop everywhere, dead rats as on the picture. The rats been there all day maintenance and office staff just ignore it and let the residents live in it. Rent is too much for poor services. Hope your complex doesn’t need attention even emergency repairs. Had went for 2 weeks without hot water had to go to family members to give my children baths and myself. Horrible would give them negative stars if available. Also get mold and termites. The appliances they do provide is worthless. If it needs repaired or replace good luck they do it in a timely manner. Hopefully be moving soon.

The manager & team are such great souls individuals specially thanks MaDison & The manager Kathy , as they’re so vibrant, with so much passion in their job , with showing humanity Care to others!!!

Me and my wife went to go view some apartments here and we got the absolute pleasure of meet Madison in the leasing office and she was the best ever. We were completely sold on the apartment based on our interaction with her alone. We can’t wait to live here in the future because of Madison!

I have been living at Trails At Grand Terrace for a year and come to find out that I have been living in my unit with “black mold” since I signed my lease & moved in. I just discovered this issue in February 2024. I have being living in unhealthy conditions from day 1. I have been getting sick & having headaches,. I reported the problem to my landlord and all they did was came an patched up the problem. Yet my bedroom window still has moisture in it through out the day and definitely need the whole window replaced while gutting out the area where the “black mold” grew from. I didn’t get compensated, I didn’t get moved to another unit. All they want is my hard working money to pay my rent. If anyone lives at Trails At Grand Terrace which is now Tide At Grand Terrace I advise you to look around your whole apartment for “mold” or anything else with unhealthy living conditions.

Management needs improvement.
