So I've lived here almost a year pay over 2k for a 1 bedroom and so far I've had several problems with things breaking in my apartment. Smoking is allowed but not in apartments or on your personal porch weed or otherwise, they keep changing where you can smoke which is stupid cause it's a public sidewalk and a public street. I don't smoke but I also don't have a problem with people who do here. I don't know who keeps complaining but it's Ludacris hoe many texts I've gotten from them about people smoking on side walks? Or parking lot? Both are away from the building so..anyway our pool now has rules because of neighbors that want to be stuck up about what people listen to while being at the pool. So many rules here about pets as well that are ludacris I'd your pet becomes pregnant while you live here they can kick you out?! We pretty much keep to ourselves but the crap we have to deal with is bs for as much as everyone pays.

Bel Air apartments is in a good location for shopping. There is your own designated parking spot that is covered. The laundry facilities are clean and in working order at all times. The landscaping is kept up and the grounds are kept clean.

The past five years we've moved almost 4 times, each to a different complex. This is the first time we've renewed our lease intending to stay. Although the place not updated in amenities, it feels like a real home aside the occasional swabbles of our next door neighbors and the noise from the street during busy afternoon commute hours.

The apartment is small and over priced in my opinion. I havent even lived here a year and there have been over 3 handymen/maintainence guys. The office staff has also changed. However it is some of the other tennants that bother me. They don't pick up after their pets. They have no respect for other peoples laundry in the laundry room. So it is not so much about the place as it is the other tennants.
