Manager barely in the office, its really difficult to get in contact with her. I can get our mail because they locked the mail room and the manager wouldn't give us a key. I went to the office 3 different times in the same day and no one was there even though the sign clearly says they're open.

Everything here is broken. The pool has been closed by the Health Dept. all summer with no plans to reopen. Someone was shot to death in th courtyard. And BEDBUGS!!!!

management changed during the year time that I lived here, and so did the rules. I had neighbors that threw garbage outside my windows, and had liquid dripping from balcony upstairs to my patio. When i contacted management, there was nothing done. I went to move after the year lease, and gave 30 day notice, was out two weeks before stated, and i was charged an extra fee. no explanation, late refund check, and i was accused of causing bugs after i went to management and complained about them.

The Maintance People Are Great And Always Fixes Things In A Timely Manner. The Parking Is Bad. The Stalls Are Really Small So I'Ve Had Many Neighbors Hit The Side Of My Car When They Open Their Car Door. I Have Several Dings And Scrathces As An Result. There Is No Guest Parking And The Street Parking Is No Good Either And Really Far If You Live In The Back Of The Complex. I Had A Roach Problem Which It Took A Week For Them To Come Out And Fix It But Eventually It Was Fixed.
