Just past the application process. Response to initial query was rapid, manager helpful and very professional, application process relatively painless. Location is close to amenities and transportation in a lively neighborhood.

I looked at several one bedrooms apartment. This whole apartment complex was clean, including the parking garage, elevators, hallways and laundry room. The apartments were spotless and ready for move in. The manager of the building was accommodating and professional. I love the area being in downtown, shops , businesses and parks are very accessible. The neighborhood is safe and the apartment building is also safe and secure. My kind of place to live.
