            I am looking for a house to rent, not an apartment, because we need a garage and some privacy

            The manager is very nice, professional, and attentive. However, the complex is in need of painting, especially the wood trim and patio surrounds. Many patios need new surrounds as they are falling apart. There are roaches although manager will get pest control out. It's relatively quiet, close to school and tons of shopping restaurants. They accept pets.

            I love living at parkridge meadows. Up until now, I feel safe and the community is not too out of control. There were a few instances were it was starting to get a little too crazy but the manager Paulina is very strict and prompt to fix all those nuisances.
