Broadstone Coronado on the Bay is a beautiful property. I feel safe and at home here in our community. There a Read Morere many activities to participate in at the clubhouse and the pool area. The Bay and the downtown skyline view are breathtaking. Access to the restaurants, shopping centers, and park are awesome amenities. Having the leisure to walk and ride bikes on the bays sidewalk with an impeccable view is amazing. The ferry in close proximity as an option to downtown events is very convenient. Coronado Beach is within our reach!

Out of the various options in Coronado, the Broadstone works well for those who have pets. The staff is helpfu Read Morel and when things go wrong the maintenance staff is there to fix the problem in a timely manner.

I have lived here since April 2017. My electric meter has been wrong since my move in date. Conservice has b Read Moreeen billing me incorrectly from day 1. 3 management teams have come and gone since I moved in. I have to tell each one the same story over and over. They all day they are going to fix the problem, and nothing happens. I have been documenting my meter readings every day & brought them to the newest manager, who said she would resolve this "quickly". They compared my meter readings with Conservice, and sure enough, Conservice has been billing wrong. Result? NOTHING!! They have refused to refund me any money or fix my meter! I will be moving out ASAP. Do yourself a favor, DON'T rent from Broadstone Coronado!

I frequently sit in the chairs by the bay and as a result, answer questions about the community to the visitor Read Mores walking by. Several of the folks have visited the office to get more info and tour the community.
