Lived here for 3 years. There are pros and cons, but the cons definitely outweigh the pros. I'm not sure how Read More they even manage a 2.5/3 star rating on here. If you check out other review sites they are at a solid 1 star range. Wish I would have seen those before moving in.Pro-Nice amenities-Pretty good location if you need to get on the 405 or John WayneCon-Parking is constantly an issue. Nothing like coming home from work at 6 rather than 5:30 and having to drive around for a half hour to find that one first come first serve spot. Even better when you are coming back from a business trip and just want to get in bed and spend hours to find that one spot all the way on the other side of Phase III. Oh and inviting guests over, forget about it. It was always a nightmare trying to do musical chairs to move our one car from a reserved spot to a guest spot in the middle of the day so that we knew we had a spot for our guest because odds are low that you find one after 5. And note that I said guest, as in one, if you have guests (plural) forget about it.-The staff are some of the oddest bunch I've ever met. I'm sure the folks at the front desk deal with a lot of upset people, or at least I assume that's true based on how they behave. Any time you have to interact with them for any reason they start off with a cheerily fake tone with a subtle hint of, "Oh boy, what do YOU want". Just be sure to forget that they are customer service, and instead pretend that you are there to serve them and the whole thing goes much better. -Walls and floors(especially) are super thin.-Move out was way more of a pain than it had to be. That makes the list because it is fresh on my mind and the whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth. In summary, it was a nice enough place to live as long as you can deal with the headaches and don't ask for too much, but if I went back in time, I would definitely not pick it again knowing what I know now.

To anyone considering renting at 2775 or any UDR apartment, DO.NOT.DO.IT. You have be warned! Get ready to pay Read More an extra grand upon move out and work with a management team that uses their inability to respond to garner revenue. I lived at 2775 for 14 months and took incredible care of my apartment. While the amenities look nice they are always broken, but above all the management team is utterly disrespectful and will do anything to get another dollar out of its tenets. Dozens of calls and voicemails went unanswered for weeks at a time. The times when I was able to talk to a representative either in person or via phone, the miscommunication, outright lies and disrespect from all levels of the UDR team was unbelievable.I did some investigating to see if others had any similar interactions with your company and was shocked to see the number of claims matching my exact experience, reflecting a disturbing trend happening with 2775 and UDR as a whole. Mind you they have an F on Better Business Bureau. This is not something that was comforting in any regard. If you ever were considering living here please rethink your decision unless you are prepared to experience the worst management team I have ever encountered and pay $1300 in extra fees.

I love my apartment! Beautiful features, I love the area in which it is located, it's quite, I feel safe livi Read Moreng alone. Maintaince is awesome!! The only think is the leasing agents and people in the office could be more attentive to residents.
