Nothing good to say about this place as it is now. Its being run by a extremely crooked Property management company. Who not only make you overpay to the extreme through the nose. And do not follow through with any of the amenities that they offer. They will Insult you and your intelligence with their pathetic LIES and by not even attempting to make anything right!! PS I wouldn't even post 1 star except I have to in order to post this comment!!

The apartments are in horrible. They only look nice on the outside. The maintenance service is terrible. Your service requests aren't answered until they want to. Sometimes they pretend they didn't get them or they just ignore it. The people in the front office change frequently and they never know what's going on.

Decent community that tries to live up and/or justify its high rent cost. Management is always helpful and does their best to accommodate everyone in the community. Best part no weight restrictions for dogs!!!

Overall, the Harbor at Mesa Verde is a decent property. The improvements that have been made since I have been here were excellent. Especially the pool area.
