    With all places I have lived in this place is absolutely terrible and I wanted to warn all new renters please do not rent here, rents are highly skyrocketed and management is freaking terrible, they don't care about their residents at all but they do care about their paycheck of course. It is all about the paycheck and have a place to work for the money but they don't care about the residents that live here. So here is my advice to all new renters please do not rent here...I repeat please do not rent here, once you get in and it is hard to get out that is all I am saying period. Thanks

    The advertisement said "1 bed Apartment $600 +. But when they contacted me by email, it was only for a room. When I emailed them back telling them I was not a student, and asking about the advertisement, they did NOT respond.

    The only way I was able to justify the ridiculous rent associated with West Village was the awesome field by my apartment. Id walk my dog there, it was nice to look at, and it was just an all around great part of living here. Unfortunately, with out any notice, that field is now being developed into more hideous apartments. I now wake up to bulldozers, septic pumping trucks, and other construction noises. It is a hideous and noisy eye sore. It is also a perfect representation of West Villages attitude towards its residents. They do not care about anything besides your money. The customer service is atrocious. They have one to three (max) people working the phones and resident interface. This results in long lines, and a complete inability to contact anyone through the phone with out calling 15+ consecutive times. They do not reliably call back when you leave messages. They rarely reply to email, and if they do it is not helpful. West Village has one concern, and its for how much money is in your wallet, not your well being, not your happiness, nothing besides money. West Village looks awesome on the outside, but in reality its a vastly overpriced toy town. I pay over $1,400 a month in rent, I also share my apartment, and it was unfurnished. To top it off, the WiFi is truly abysmal. The upload and download speeds are far worse than the WiFi available on campus. The LAN outlets also do not support internet, so buying a LAN cable does nothing. There have been multiple occasions where my WiFi has been so terrible, I had to go to my friends apartments to load YouTube videos, or access school websites. Do not waste your money here. It looks amazing on the outside, but as everyone eventually learns, West Village supplies the bare minimum for resident happiness and well being.
