        Parke pointe management is grossly unprofessional when it comes to the needs of the residents. The rent is to high for the quality of the apts. Last the remodel are not spectacular in the way they look chrome appliances and lanolium floors not real wood

        The staff and community are wonderful and very kind. Alex was amazing with his knowledge of the area and of all the questions we asked him along our process. The entire process went very smoothly and my family and I were constantly looked after until settled into our home. We love the layout of the apartment and all the amenities included. The unit is quiet and neighborhood is lovely!

        I loved the experience. It was a easy transition moving into the apartments. Even though other people live here and were moving in, I felt I was treated as the only person that mattered and was taken care of. Everything was well organized. If there was a place to give it 5 stars i would give it 6.

        My experience at Rancho Eaves has been amazing. I love the staff who are extremely helpful and polite. I have been welcomed with open arms and it has made moving in easy. The community is perfect for my husband, child and I. Jessica F.

        Generally a good apartment complex. I like the fact that it is pretty family oriented and that washer and dryer are included in the complex.
