    Horrible with maintenance inside apartments. Have roaches. Been here for 2 years and never more then a couple days late on rent a couple times and they decide to put my kids and i out reason given is because they Just no longer feel they want to rent to us, did this around christmas too.. When asked if we could wait one more month until taxes came through to have the money to move they said NO... Not willing to work with good standing residents on any level

    I would give 0 stars if I could. We asked if the reviews about roaches were true and we were assured there wasn't a pest problem since renovation. After signing the lease, still no furniture or food in the house and they started coming out. The only solution they have is sticky traps and a pest control person will spray but it doesn't fix the problem because everyone in the complex has to get treated for it to work. Also, there is no dishwasher, no yard/balcony, or walk in closets as listed online for even the smallest 2 bedroom floor plan. The rent is $100+ more a month than listed on their website and they don't honor the price. Small parking spaces, even after the garbage man comes every week the dumpsters remain full because they clean around it before even taking what is in the dumpster, thin walls so you can even hear your neighbors t.v's. I wish I had more time to search for apartments before getting trapped in my lease.

    Walls are paper thin that you can hear your neighbors business. Kids are playing too loud outside and can be heard even close to midnight. It's closeby railroad tracks and it gets really loud when the train passes by. I personally think the environment and residential neighborhood is ghetto.
