    The property, office staff, and maintenance team are 2nd to none. Very responsive to all of my needs and requests and prompt too.

    Filthy upon move in. I took pictures of everything, offered to have someone come in to clean it but this is highly inconvenient when I'm trying to move in and it all should have been done PRIOR. I made a list of everything that was dirty, paint issues, etc. After move out I was charged for painting and I don't know why as I had already obtained paint from the maintenance dept. so I wouldn't have a charge for that. The maintenance asked if I had painted gloss on the flat paint and I told them "NO" that was already there but I think I was probably charged for it. I don't think they check the apliances prior to move in as I had a broken garbage disposal from day one. Air filter in the apartment was dated many years back so I had them come change it. The fire place worked only when "it" wanted to and maintenance was aware (never did manage to get that fixed). The range was easily replaced upon my request to fix it which was good. The range was warped on top and would get extremely hot to the touch to where I've actually been burned by it from just touching it. I agree that I wanted them to clean the carpet as I do have two dogs and it's the right thing to do so no issues there. Just frustrated that they kept more deposit than they should have. I moved out early and had surgery on my last rental date so was not able to communicate with mgmt. to see if there was any more wiggle room to get me more money back. I think the rental amount was out of control too. I wouldn't have moved for a nother couple months but the amount of money for the rental was beyond ridiculous. It would have cost me $2500 a month to stay and I just couldn't do that. Many of the tenents don't pick up after their dogs but they have no way to monitor it. Dumping in the dumpster at wee hours of the morning by staff is very anoying and wakes us up. Nothing special about this place. Rent went up and we couldn't use balcony due to contstruction. How is that fair?
