My experience here for almost 2 years have been horrible. Its inhabitable. Mold, roaches, broken elevator, lack of sense of urgency. I had the sewer back up in my apartment, the kitchen flooded, poor circulation don't let the pictures fool you. Best advice to you, don't live here etc... never seen security, parking is a joke people can park in your stall with a pass and not get towed. They say everything is a mess because last management well it's been two years now. Robert complains about Laura being cheap and she never wants to replace anything. My 2nd apartment was not ready to move in. I can write a book on work orders and horrible time frames. I warned you dont live here!! You'll thank me later.

Parking problems, Management with attitude, Maintenance is horrible, Request to fix takes forever and have to request multiple times.

The property is well maintained. Management is responsive to requests. Neighbors are nice enough, no problems. Parents are very comfortable (too much so) allowing their children to play outside without parental supervision. Sometimes they are a little boisterous but, they are just being kids (ages from 3 - 12 ish). Management makes upgrades to the property periodically ie movie theatre, new pool furnishings recently. Rent typically increases every year and is pricey, but the market bears it.
