Its not a bad place to live. But the staff is horrible there never in the office. If there is something that needs to be fixed in your apartment you can look forward to going a whole week without anyone coming to fix it. I called and spoke to the 2 girls in the office about the trouble of things not working in my apartment its like they forget cause nobody comes out and I live on the first floor 2bed 2 bath I pay 2000$ and the gates never work either but they want to raise rent

Worse apartment I've ever rented. Too many bugs from outside come in, cheaply built - very noisy, management is terrible, made mistakes with rent 3 months/12. Unable to logically deal with minor issues leaving residents to solve issues themselves or live with it. Would not recommend it to anyone.
