    This is the worst place i have ever lived...management is absolutely horrible...it would be in ur best interest to take my advice and go somewhere else....they will not allow their maintenance workers come perform maintenance unless you are out of the appartment...wont even allow u tosupervise..

    Its old material ..They dont want to replace anything but enjoying the market rate.No good facilities.They need to renovate the apartments.

    I went to tour this place and I explained my situation about my partner and I they took in our applications I came back to Vegas then they started with they needed my partner to do another application online so that was a third charge they wanted $500 to hold a unit ( a run down old crappy unit) I only wanted to rent so my dog would have his space They wouldn't take rent a year in advance I feel once they found out my partner was a guy they totally started the excuses I caution people from renting from this type of places They are clearly liars and scammers and they need to be exposed Save your self the headache and stay away from them

    Dont expect to sleep past 5-8 am!!!! Ive lived at Torrey Ridge for 10 months now, my only complaint is the management/customer service. I work 3rd shift but have been woken up several days a week Before 9am, every week, since Ive been here. All because they allow their landscapers to use gas powered leaf blowers to blow dirt from the road 2-3 times a week between the hours of 6-9 am. They have broken noise ordinance several times and I have been in contact with the landscapers boss, he even gave me his word that he would have his workers starts elsewhere as this is a very large complex with 4 pools to say the least. I even left a message with the property manger and never heard back from her. The office manager says no one else has complained and I said thats great! The simple solution would be to have the workers start at the oppose end of the complex. But they have refused to do anything about it for 10 months straight after multiple weekly visits to the office, 10+ phone complaints and I will say I will never renew my lease or live in these apartments again. So now Torrey Ridge and their management are missing out an an easy $12k(thats what it roughly costs to live here) because they want their residents to be miserable for the entire year they have a lease here, all so the road can get dirt blown off of it. Terrible terrible terrible! *on a side note theres a white challenger that revs his engine past every speed bump and multiple other residents love reving their V8s every possible chance they get rolling through the complex as well! Super annoying and I have a V8 myself so I know how unnecessary it is!

    While searching for housing one of the possibilities was Torrey. Price for renting whether it be 2 or 3 by is very reasonable. But here's the thing. About 10yrs ago we lived in a townhome complex just down the road. It's not a quite place to live. Big complex with helicopters flashing there searchlights down below for one reason or another. The point is do a thorough background check before moving into anywhere that interests you
