I love that it's near the river! I love all my neighbors, quite and respectful! Always willing to raise a hand to help a fellow neighbor.

I just like that my kids can go out and play with the rest of the kids here and not have to overly worry

Uiet but close to everything. Easy access for delivery and lots of parks around. Bike paths are nearby as well.

We can walk at night. All schools are great and some are within walking distances. There are many parks close by.

Open spaces, new houses, quiet, upper class, near scenic roads and a couple hours f things close by...
