If you wake up past 8AM, do NOT rent here. The maintenance people begin work extremely early almost everyday Read Moreand you can hear them hammering and doing work that will wake you up 100% of the time. The people that mow the lawn come around 8AM as well. If there is a project that takes a while to complete, the workers would actually begin at 7AM but would wake you up way before that time when they are getting ready to begin their work at the legal time 7AM. It's funny to me how most of the time, they never work after 12 noon because they are too lazy to work in the heat. Avoid this place if you wake up later in the day.

Do not move here if you enjoy sleeping. It is extremely loud from people playing Mexican music at nights and t Read Morehe property maintenance workers begin working early in the mornings at 7am so you would not be able to sleep early or wakeup a bit later. Just by allowing their maintenance people to start work at 7am can tell you how little they value their resident's schedule. On top of this there are cochroaches and ants in every unit I've been in. The management is rude and will not help you fix any problems.

Leasing manager & asst lacks professionalism. For maintenance requests, I had to remind the leasing manager of Read More my concerns several times & follow up several times for her to get the job done. The maintenance man is great, it's just very poor communication from mgmt. There were times that the leasing manager told me to fix it myself and it wasn't her problem. The pool/grills are rarely cleaned/smells. The gym machines are all broken and there is no air circulation inside the gym no AC or window

This complex is a hidden gem. The maintenance staff is wonderful, the assistant manager is kind and helpful a Read Morend the grounds are well kept. The complex itself is very clean and surprisingly quiet.
