    I want more information about the apartments and amenities. We are a couple. I see it is gated community and I think the neighborhood is safe.

    Never heard a word back. The reviews by previous tenants is dead on. Management is lacking. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for a new home.

    They do not make the residents follow the rules. They rent to young college students who do not respect their neighbors by being loud to the point it disturbs multiple residents. They allow some residents to have their cable dishes attached to the building while others are not allow to. They do not inforce the no BBQing on balcanies or decks law in Hayward CA. Resisents constently drive through and break the security gates. Maintenance workers blow dirt and leaves on my deck daily after I swept.

    I liked the Bridge. Its conditions of interior and exterior were well maintained with a close location to Costco, Target and shopping malls. Office staffs were nice and friendly. The reason why I gave the Bridge 'Good' instead of 'Excellent' is an airplane noise. It seems that the Bridge is on airplane's way to San Francisco airport and a lot of airplanes fly over. Once you get used to it, you will find it no problem. But you will get bothered by a loud airplane noise UNTIL you get used to it.

    Complex is not a functioning gated community. Recent paint job and office center rebuild was just putting lipstick on a pig. Rent + $100. will be needed to cover utilities and service charges. Management is the real issue. Rent increases of 10%-12% every year.
